Paid repairs after the warranty

The Covid situation sets new requirements and additional responsibility. If you would like to send your DREAME device to the service center, please select the diagnostic service below and make the payment by bank card or via online banking. After the payment is made, a DPD shipping label will be sent to your email. The device must be packed, the received label must be affixed to the package, and we will arrange for the courier to pick it up from you.

Once DREAME has arrived at the service center, our specialists will carry out diagnostics and inform you about the necessary repair work, the time required to complete it, and the costs. After approval, an invoice will be prepared. You will receive the completed and repaired device at the nearest DPD parcel locker.
